The Original Games Project was a project assigned in class to create an original game for our final to test our skills in Unity. I partnered up with Evan Cheng, and the two of us created a 360-degree first-person horror game in the span of 5 weeks.
Room 805 is a 360 degree horror game where the player must fend off the Vengeful Roommate in the Twilight Realm and complete their homework before the Roommate can reach them. The player can switch between the four areas: computer, window, bed, and doorway, by using the arrow keys and can interact with their surroundings by tapping or holding the space bar.

Controls: Left and Right Arrow keys to switch perspectives. Hold or press spacebar to interact with each side of the room. Other keys used to replicate typing when facing the computer.
Features:
- 360 degree feel in Game play.
- Immersive Soundtrack and Original Score
- 4 distinct minigames to complete
- Thrilling Jump scares
We created all assets ourselves, using Aseprite for our visual assets such as sprites and backgrounds, and Garage Band for the soundtrack. Any sound effects used in the game was found online on FreeSound.com or YouTube.
